Why should I enroll in a farm stand CSA at Riverside Farm?

Our CSA is tailored to provide a season long return on your investment through variety, schedule flexibility, and discounts. We want to reward our members for their shares and build lasting relationships that will grow well after the 2011 season.

BENEFITS
- Members choose from any approved CSA item. (Based on seasonal availability)
- Members pick up their CSA items at the farm stand during normal business hours, seven days a week. (10:00 am to 6:00 pm, from when we open in April through October 31st)
- Members choose quantity of their selected CSA items. (Based on availability, prior notice required for large orders).
- Members receive discounts on selected CSA items throughout the growing season.
- Members automatically receive an additional $25 towards CSA items at no extra cost.
- Members receive walking tours of Riverside Farm that are not open to the public. (Times to be announced)
- Members support the “Buy Local” movement. Dollars spent at our business, turn into dollars spent at supporting local businesses.
- Members help keep one of Maine’s oldest family farms running. (Continuously operated since 1743)
